We might go back for those features alone. We decided the western atmosphere, friendly service, ribeye and salad bar deserved high marks. The salad bar, while not large, had crisp variety and fixings suitable for a demanding vegetable lover. There is enough rough-hewn lumber, coal oil lanterns, wagon wheel lights, red tablecloths and horse collars to give Cattle Rustlers an honest ranch-style atmosphere.
